Snabbit Hires Pradeep Yadav As Head Of Operations To Drive Next Phase

CW Bureau ·

Quick home services platform Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as Head of Operations, strengthening its leadership team as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and expansion.

Yadav brings 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses. Before joining Snabbit, he was Co-founder of quick fashion commerce platform Klydo and previously held leadership positions at Udaan and Flipkart. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi.

At Snabbit, Yadav will lead operations with a focus on strengthening execution, building scalable operating systems and ensuring reliable fulfilment as the company expands.

Leadership transition
Yadav succeeds Vikas Choudhary, who has led Snabbit’s operations through a period of rapid growth over the past 18 months. During his tenure, the company built and scaled its operating engine as it expanded across markets and served a growing customer and Expert base.

Choudhary will move into a new mandate within Snabbit, where he will lead new businesses and innovation across emerging opportunities.

Snabbit Founder and CEO Aayush Agarwa  said Choudhary played an instrumental role in building the company’s operating foundation and would now bring the same entrepreneurial energy to new businesses.

Welcoming Yadav, Agarwal said the company was entering a phase where operational complexity would increase significantly as it moves from more than one lakh jobs a day towards its ambition of serving one million households every day.

“Pradeep brings a rare combination of experience in building and scaling supply chains through different phases, along with the perspective of having been a founder himself,” Agarwal said.

Scaling beyond one lakh jobs a day
Snabbit has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs and recently surpassed 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day. It currently operates across five markets, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru,  covering more than 150 micromarkets.

The company’s rapid expansion comes amid growing demand for quick, reliable and on-demand home services.

Yadav said Snabbit’s pace of growth presents an opportunity to build an operating engine capable of matching the company’s ambitions.

“I look forward to strengthen execution and build for scale, while delighting customers with a reliable and high quality experience,” he said.

Choudhary said building Snabbit’s operations had been a rewarding phase of his journey and that the company had developed systems to support its rapidly growing business.

Building a tech-enabled home services network
The leadership transition comes as Snabbit continues to invest in people, technology and infrastructure to support its expansion across India.

The company is focused on building a reliable, technology-enabled operating layer for everyday home services and shifting the sector from fragmented offline supply towards a more structured and organised ecosystem.

The appointment of Yadav, with his experience across supply chains, operations and high-growth consumer internet businesses, is aimed at strengthening that operating backbone as Snabbit moves towards its next scale milestone.
