Bengaluru-based boutique real estate developer Krishvi Group is set to invest ₹760 crore across residential projects in North Bengaluru, marking one of its largest capital deployments to date as it expands its portfolio across key growth corridors.
The developments in Hennur and HBR Layout will cover around 7 lakh sq. ft. across 6.5 acres and are expected to generate a gross development value of approximately ₹1,050 crore.
The projects will comprise premium residential developments targeting the growing demand for quality housing in North Bengaluru.
Hennur and HBR Layout drive expansion
The expansion marks a strategic move to deepen Krishvi Group’s presence in Bengaluru’s evolving residential market, with the company targeting locations that offer a combination of growth potential, established infrastructure and lifestyle convenience.

Premium projects across two corridors
Hennur is being positioned as an emerging luxury corridor, while HBR Layout is an established residential hub. The company expects the two locations to offer a balance between appreciation potential and lifestyle convenience for investors and homebuyers.
The Hennur projects will be executed through outright acquisitions, while the premium HBR Lakeside Residences will be developed under a joint development model. Together, the projects will add significantly to the group’s residential development pipeline.
