Trianz, the company behind Concierto, an enterprise agentic transformation platform, has appointed Sanjeev Prasad as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), as it scales its global operations amid growing demand for AI-driven transformation.
Prasad will lead people strategy, talent development, organisational design and culture initiatives across Trianz.
He will report to CEO Manchala as the company expands Concierto into new markets and advances its ‘Transformation Services as a Software’ model.
Focus on people and culture
Prasad has nearly three decades of experience in building and transforming organisations across India’s technology industry. He spent more than 12 years leading the People Team at Samsung R&D Institute India-Bangalore.
He has also held senior HR roles at Nokia, where he was Head of HR for the Devices division; at Trilogy India, he served as the HR Director; and at HCL Technologies, he was its HRD Senior Manager.
AI-led transformation drives hiring focus
As Trianz scales Concierto globally, the company is focusing on building teams capable of operating in an AI-enabled environment while keeping human intelligence, judgement and potential at the centre of transformation.
Leadership comment
“As we expand Concierto across new markets and deepen our advisory capabilities, having Sanjeev lead our people strategy is a statement about where we are headed,” said Trianz, CEO, Manchala.
“Our opportunity is twofold – to help organisations harness AI for meaningful business and societal impact, while keeping human intelligence, judgement, and potential at the centre,” said Prasad.
