Brahmani Nara, Executive Director, Heritage Foods, has been recognised among Fortune India’s 40 Under 40, 2026, for her contribution to the company’s growth and evolution in India’s dairy sector.

The recognition was presented at an award ceremony held in Mumbai on August 26, 2026.

Recognition for leadership
Brahmani Nara said the recognition was a reflection of the collective efforts of the people at Heritage Foods and their work across the company’s operations.

“I am deeply honoured by this recognition. More than a personal milestone, I see it as a reflection of the people at Heritage Foods who make the work happen every day. The work I am most proud of happens far from headquarters in the fields with our farmers, in our plants and in the everyday effort to bridge the demand-supply gap in India’s dairy sector. This recognition reflects that collective effort and the dedication of everyone who contributes to Heritage Foods’ journey,” said Brahmani Nara.

Focus on value-added dairy
Over the past year, Heritage Foods has strengthened its focus on value-added dairy products, including ghee, paneer, curd, butter and flavoured milk.

The company’s Heritage Innovation framework supports the identification, development and scaling of new ideas, enabling it to respond to evolving consumer preferences and build a stronger portfolio across the dairy value chain.

Expanding portfolio
The recognition comes as Heritage Foods continues to focus on portfolio expansion, innovation and execution, while deepening engagement with its farmer and consumer ecosystems.

The company remains focused on developing differentiated products and strengthening its brands to create sustainable, long-term value for its stakeholders.
