Prestige Estates has launched Prestige Palm Court, a new residential development spread across 7.98 acres on Grand Northern Trunk Road in Madhavaram, North Chennai, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,330 crore.
The project comprises five towers of Ground plus 22 floors, along with two basements, and will offer 910 premium apartments. The homes will be available in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom configurations, with saleable areas ranging from 641 sq ft to 1,827 sq ft.
Project adds to Chennai expansion
Prestige Palm Court will have an overall saleable area of approximately 1.38 million sq ft, strengthening the Group’s residential presence in the northern part of the city.
The launch is part of Prestige Group’s expansion strategy for Chennai, where it plans to introduce three to four residential developments during the current financial year.
Group expands development pipeline
Prestige Group is among India’s diversified real estate developers, with a presence across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and integrated township developments.
As of June 2026, the Group had delivered 319 projects covering 216.37 million sq ft. Its current development pipeline comprises 139 projects with a total area of 247.16 million sq ft.
The Madhavaram project adds to the Group’s growing residential portfolio in Chennai as demand for housing continues to expand across established and emerging corridors of the city.
