Brigade Enterprises Ltd, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has announced its entry into Coimbatore with plans to develop a residential project in Saravanampatti through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA).
The project will be spread across 5.4 acres and is expected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹600 crore.
Project targets Coimbatore’s IT belt
The project is located in the city’s IT corridor, with access to Special Economic Zones, IT parks and social infrastructure.
The location also offers connectivity to educational institutions, retail malls and hospitals, positioning the development to benefit from the city’s expanding employment and residential demand.
