Brigade Group has announced the opening of a PVR INOX Cinemas multiplex at Arcadia, Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, strengthening the entertainment offering at its integrated development.
The multiplex features six auditoriums with a total seating capacity of 949. It spans approximately 42,000 sq. ft. across two floors.
Multiplex adds to retail offering
Located within the retail zone of Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, the cinema is designed to offer a contemporary movie experience while creating another destination for leisure and socialising.
“It is our fourth multiplex in the city. We have focused on creating a well-rounded environment where food and films come together in a convenient and engaging destination,” Brigade Group, COO, Retail, Sunil Munshi, said.
Focus on experiential retail
“The presence of PVR enhances the overall appeal of Arcadia visitors,” he said.
The auditoriums feature celebrity recliners and lounger seats, offering audiences greater choice and comfort. The cinema is designed to encourage visitors to meet, dine, relax and spend time together.
Arcadia expands entertainment mix
Brigade Cornerstone Utopia has approximately 2.5 lakh sq. ft. of retail leasable area, with high-street retail, everyday services, cafes, restaurants and entertainment options.
Its existing tenant mix includes Third Wave Coffee, Si Nonna’s, Chaayos, GigaEats Food Court, Bhartiya Jalpan, Theobroma, McDonald’s and Burger King.

The addition of PVR INOX Cinemas strengthens the entertainment component and supports Brigade Group’s strategy of creating destination-led retail environments.
