Brigade Group has expanded its residential portfolio in Hyderabad with the launch of Brigade Barcelona in Neopolis, a key growth corridor in the city’s western region.
Acquired through an outright purchase, the premium residential project spans 4.04 acres and has an estimated revenue potential of more than ₹2,700 crore.
Project to offer 650 luxury homes
Brigade Barcelona will comprise 650 homes, with spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments aimed at the growing demand for premium housing in Hyderabad.
The project is designed around European aesthetics, with Spanish-inspired architecture and a focus on space, privacy and natural ventilation.

Neopolis emerges as western growth hub
The company said demand for well-designed premium homes is rising across established and emerging micro-markets, particularly in Hyderabad’s western corridor.

The masterplan includes generous architectural setbacks aimed at improving natural ventilation and privacy, while also providing panoramic views of the surrounding urban landscape.
