Lemon Tree Hotels is expanding its presence in Bihar with the signing of two new properties in Bodhgaya — Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya.
The two properties will have a combined inventory of 145 rooms. Lemon Tree Hotels currently operates two hotels in Bihar and has three properties in its development pipeline, including the latest signings.
Bodhgaya offers growth opportunity
Bodhgaya is a major spiritual and pilgrimage destination, attracting visitors from across India and international markets. Its importance as a Buddhist pilgrimage centre, along with growing leisure and business travel, is creating opportunities for branded hospitality.
The twin signings will allow Lemon Tree Hotels to cater to a wider range of travellers while strengthening its presence in Bihar.
Two hotels to serve diverse segments
Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya will feature 75 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall and meeting and conference facilities for social and business requirements.
The property will be located 10 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 14 km from Gaya Railway Station, providing access for leisure and business travellers.
Keys Select to add 70 rooms
Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya will comprise 70 rooms and is located 11 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 15 km from Gaya Railway Station.
The hotel will cater to guests travelling to Bodhgaya for pilgrimage, leisure, business and other purposes.
Company targets wider traveller base
