Intellect Design Arena Launches MSOCK To Give AI Enterprise Context

Intellect Design Arena Ltd., an AI-first enterprise financial technology company, is set to launch MSOCK (Multidimensional Multilayer System of Connected Knowledge), an AI-native engineering system designed to address a fundamental challenge in enterprise AI adoption—the inability of AI systems to inherently understand the enterprise context in which they are expected to operate.

Intellect has filed 39 patents relating to MSOCK technology and will unveil it globally for the first time on September 9, 2026, at Global FinTech Fest 2026.

From coding-led to cognitive engineering
MSOCK marks Intellect’s move from conventional coding-led software engineering towards what it describes as cognitive engineering.

The company said the next phase of enterprise transformation will require AI systems to understand business intent, institutional knowledge, architectural dependencies and the potential impact of changes before executing them.

Banks and financial institutions have invested heavily in foundation models, AI copilots, coding tools, AI agents and AI-enabled development pipelines. However, Intellect said these investments have not resulted in a proportionate reduction in the time and cost involved in large-scale software transformation.

According to the company, the constraint is increasingly not the capability of AI models but the lack of enterprise context available to them.

Making enterprise knowledge computable
MSOCK is designed to create a connected, evidence-backed representation of an organisation’s software estate, covering everything from business rules and processes to APIs and source code.

The technology is based on the principle that enterprise knowledge can be made structured and queryable in much the same way that relational database management systems transformed the handling of enterprise data.

MSOCK connects knowledge across business, operations, compliance and technology, linking products, processes, policies, APIs and code through what Intellect calls a 21-dimensional Enterprise Spatial Graph.

These assets are organised into Connected Knowledge Units, providing AI systems with enterprise context and architectural ground truth to enable more informed reasoning and execution.

Beyond AI-assisted coding
Intellect said the technology is intended to enable organisations to move beyond AI-assisted coding towards AI-native engineering.

Instead of simply generating code, AI systems can use the connected enterprise knowledge to understand what a proposed change means, which systems and processes it could affect and how the change can be executed within governance requirements.

This approach could be particularly relevant for financial institutions, where technology environments often involve complex dependencies spanning business processes, regulatory requirements, legacy systems, APIs and applications.

39 patents underpin MSOCK
The filing of 39 patents related to MSOCK underscores Intellect’s focus on developing an enterprise knowledge infrastructure for AI-driven software transformation.

Intellect Design Arena Founder & Chairman and Chief Architect, Purple Fabric, Arun Jain, said the company’s Applied AI Research Lab had been examining why AI’s ability to generate code had not translated into a corresponding acceleration in large-scale enterprise transformation.

“AI is extraordinarily capable, but it does not inherently understand the enterprise — why a rule exists, what depends on a service, or what could break when something changes,” Jain said.

“Just as RDBMS made enterprise data structured and queryable, MSOCK makes enterprise knowledge connected and computable. It gives AI the context to understand before it acts,” he added.

Building the foundation for enterprise AI
Intellect said MSOCK is designed to provide the foundation for a shift from coding-led engineering to cognitive engineering and, ultimately, AI-native enterprise transformation.

The technology will be launched globally at Global FinTech Fest 2026 on September 9, marking its first public unveiling.
