A 22-member delegation from the Rotary Club of Madras East (RCME), comprising entrepreneurs, industrialists, doctors, chartered accountants and professionals from other sectors, visited Sri City on Friday to gain insights into the integrated industrial ecosystem and its investment infrastructure.
The delegation was led by Rtn. Radhika Sathyanarayana, President, Rotary Club of Madras East. The visit was organised by Vikram, Managing Director, Artura Pharma, Sri City, who is also a member of RCME.
Exposure to industrial infrastructure
The delegation was welcomed by Ramesh Kumar, Vice President (Customer Relations), Sri City, who facilitated the visit and briefed the members on the industrial park’s infrastructure, strategic advantages and its emergence as a destination for global industrial investments.
During an interactive session, Dr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Managing Director, Sri City, said the visit provided an opportunity for the professional group to understand the integrated nature of the industrial ecosystem.

Members tour manufacturing facilities
The delegation held detailed discussions with Sri City officials on the industrial park’s operations, infrastructure and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
As part of the visit, the members toured the Sri City campus and manufacturing facilities of Havells and Varun Beverages (PepsiCo), providing them with firsthand exposure to the scale and diversity of manufacturing operations within the industrial park.
Rtn. Radhika Sathyanarayana, President, Rotary Club of Madras East, thanked Dr. Ravindra Sannareddy and the Sri City team for facilitating the visit and said the experience had been enriching for the members.
She said the delegation was impressed by Sri City’s scale, infrastructure and integrated planning, while also appreciating the presentations and facility visits. She extended her best wishes for Sri City’s continued growth and prosperity.
