Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, a leading hospitality company, has signed a 90-key Lemon Tree Hotel in Patancheru, Telangana, further expanding its presence in the State.
The property will be managed by the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd. With the signing, Lemon Tree Hotels will have four operational hotels and four upcoming properties in Telangana.
Hotel to serve industrial hub
Located in Patancheru, an established industrial and manufacturing hub, the hotel will cater to business travellers, corporate visitors and transient guests.
The property will support Lemon Tree Hotels’ continued expansion across Telangana and strengthen its presence in key business destinations in the State.
Group to scale footprint in Telangana
“This signing marks our entry into this high-potential market while catering to the growing needs of travellers. As we scale our footprint to eight hotels in the State, we remain focused on supporting its growth story by bringing our signature hospitality to its key destinations,” Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, President, Vishvapreet Singh Cheema, said.
The hotel will offer connectivity to key transportation hubs, including Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, located about 55 km away.
Connectivity to support business demand
Ramachandrapuram Railway Station is around 5.5 km from the hotel, providing an additional transport link for business and transient travellers.
The company said the Patancheru signing forms part of its broader strategy to expand its hotel network across Telangana and serve demand from the State’s growing industrial and business centres.
