Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a real estate developer, has completed two landmark residential developments in Hyderabad — Prestige Clairemont in Kokapet and Bellagio @ The Prestige City Hyderabad at Rajendra Nagar.
Together, the projects comprise 1,047 homes, including 928 residences at Prestige Clairemont and 119 luxury villas at Bellagio. The completion further strengthens Prestige Estates’ presence across key Hyderabad micro-markets.
Clairemont adds 928 residences
Located in Neopolis, Kokapet, Prestige Clairemont is spread across 7.56 acres and comprises 928 residences across four towers.
The project has a developable area of 3.29 million sq ft and offers three- and four-bedroom residences, along with landscaped open spaces and a range of lifestyle amenities.
Bellagio offers low-density villa living
Bellagio @ The Prestige City Hyderabad is the villa component of the larger integrated development, The Prestige City Hyderabad, at Rajendra Nagar.
Spread across about 24 acres, Bellagio comprises 119 luxury villas with a developable area of 0.81 million sq ft. The gated, low-density development overlooks Mulagund Lake.
Hyderabad portfolio continues to expand
Prestige Estates has projects across key Hyderabad micro-markets, including Tellapur, Hitec City, Financial District, Kokapet, Rajendra Nagar and Budvel.
Its Hyderabad portfolio spans residential, office, retail and hospitality developments, with the latest project completions adding to its residential presence in the city.
19 million sq ft completed
As of June 2026, Prestige Estates had completed 19 million sq ft of developable area across 10 projects in Hyderabad.
Another 15 projects, covering 46 million sq ft, are in various stages of construction and planning.
