The certification follows an independent assessment of the employee experience by Great Place To Work through its Trust Index Survey. The survey recorded 93% employee participation, providing broad-based feedback on the workplace experience at BLS International.

According to the survey, 95% of employees said BLS International is a Great Place To Work, indicating a strong positive sentiment among employees towards the organisation.
The survey also highlighted the company’s focus on inclusion and belonging. 96% of employees said they feel welcomed when they join the organisation, reflecting the company’s emphasis on creating an inclusive workplace environment.
BLS International Joint Managing Director Shikhar Aggarwal said the certification was an important milestone in the company’s efforts to build a future-ready and people-first organisation.
