Sattrix Information Security Ltd, a cybersecurity company listed on the SME platform of BSE, has identified five priorities for the year ahead as it seeks to establish itself as a prominent player in AI-driven cybersecurity in India and international markets.
Addressing shareholders at the company’s 13th Annual General Meeting, Chairman and Managing Director Sachhin Gajjaer said Sattrix was aiming to build its cybersecurity business around artificial intelligence rather than simply adding AI capabilities to existing services.
“We intend to build Sattrix into one of the prominent players in the AI cybersecurity space — not only in the Indian market, but internationally,” Gajjaer said.
He said the company did not want to be a cybersecurity services company that had merely added artificial intelligence to its offering, but wanted its platforms, products and delivery capabilities to have AI at their core.
Five priorities for the year ahead
Sattrix has identified consistent and healthy consolidated profitability on a quarter-on-quarter basis as its first priority.
The company also plans to establish NewEvol, its unified cybersecurity platform, as a referenceable platform with customer deployments across multiple industry verticals.
The third priority is the launch of 1See, its compliance intelligence platform, as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering. Sattrix plans to develop both NewEvol and 1See as AI-native applications.
The fifth priority is sustained investment in innovation and research and development across AI and cybersecurity technologies.
Revenue growth drives operating leverage
Sattrix reported 36.3% revenue growth and a 91.3% increase in EBITDA during FY2025-26, accompanied by improved margins and higher earnings per share.
Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer Ronak Gajjar said the improvement in profitability demonstrated operating leverage as the company scaled its business.
“Of every additional rupee of revenue we earned this year, approximately 33 paise converted into EBITDA and approximately 25 paise into profit after tax,” Gajjar said.
She said the margin expansion would allow Sattrix to fund a substantial part of its AI-native product roadmap and R&D investments through internal accruals, reducing dependence on external capital.
Expanding cybersecurity platforms
Sattrix operates 24×7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC) capabilities across India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia.
The company serves customers across banking and financial services, insurance, telecommunications, government and public sector, IT and ITeS, healthcare, manufacturing and energy, among other sectors.
Its product portfolio includes NewEvol, a unified cybersecurity platform, and 1See, a compliance intelligence platform. The company also holds certifications against internationally recognised information security and quality management standards.
The focus on AI-native products marks a shift in Sattrix’s stated strategy towards building proprietary technology platforms alongside its cybersecurity services business, with the company targeting both the Indian and international markets.
