TVS Automobile Solutions (TVS ASL), owner of the myTVS automotive aftermarket brand and part of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group, has raised ₹425 crore in a Series D funding round led by CE-Invests, the strategic investment arm of UAE-based Crescent Enterprises.
The investment will support myTVS’ continued expansion in India and help the automotive aftermarket platform take its technology-led business model into international markets, beginning with the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The funding comes as myTVS steps up investments in artificial intelligence and technology after achieving EBITDA breakeven in FY26. The company expects its business to grow by around 25–35% in the near term.
myTVS targets India and MENA expansion
myTVS has built an integrated automotive aftermarket platform combining digital capabilities with a physical service network. The platform provides vehicle service and maintenance solutions to individual customers, fleet operators, OEMs and EV manufacturers.
Its offerings span vehicle repair and maintenance, automotive parts, accessories, tyres, batteries, insurance and on-demand roadside assistance.
The latest investment will help the company scale its operations in India while developing its technology capabilities for international markets.
The initial international focus will be on MENA, where TVS ASL and CE-Invests see opportunities to adapt myTVS’ technology platform for mobility and fleet businesses.
For CE-Invests, the partnership provides access to myTVS’ established automotive aftermarket technology and operating capabilities, while TVS ASL will leverage Crescent Enterprises’ regional market knowledge, commercial networks and execution capabilities.
₹690 crore raised before Series D
Prior to the latest funding round, myTVS had raised approximately ₹690 crore.
This included ₹203 crore from Lingotto, the investment platform of Exor, in 2022 and ₹487 crore from Castrol in 2023.
With the ₹425 crore Series D round, the company has now raised more than ₹1,100 crore in external capital across these funding rounds.
AI and technology investments to accelerate growth
TVS ASL said myTVS is accelerating investments in AI and technology to improve the scalability of its platform and build capabilities for its next phase of expansion.
The platform integrates digital interventions with its physical service network, allowing customers and fleet operators to access vehicle maintenance and service solutions through a unified ecosystem.
The company expects the technology-led model to support its expansion beyond India while continuing to grow its domestic operations.
UAE-India corridor opens MENA opportunity
Crescent Enterprises CEO Badr Jafar said the investment reflects the increasing importance of the UAE-India economic relationship and the potential to move technology, operating expertise and capital across the wider MENA and Asian markets.
“This reciprocal model creates value far beyond either country and reflects principles that have long shaped Crescent Enterprises’ investment and partnership strategy,” Jafar said.
Crescent Enterprises Deputy CEO and Head of Investments Tushar Singhvi said myTVS had demonstrated that an integrated, technology-enabled platform could improve service quality, transparency and vehicle uptime at scale.
The investment, he said, aligns with CE-Invests’ strategy of backing established businesses with proven operating models and potential to expand across the MENA-Asia corridor.
TVS sees profitable growth continuing
TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd Director R Dinesh said the investment demonstrated the scalability of myTVS’ technology-led services and parts platform.
“We are delighted to have CE-Invests as an investor. myTVS has scaled up its technology-led services and parts platform to serve the end customer directly and by working with various corporate partners and vehicle manufacturers in India,” Dinesh said.
He said the partnership would enable myTVS to scale its operations in India and the MENA region while maintaining profitable growth.
The transaction was advised by NAFA Sustainable Finance (NAFA SF), which conceptualised, structured and provided end-to-end advisory for the capital raise. Jyothi Sagar Associates acted as the legal advisor.
NAFA Group CEO and Director NAFA SF, Ameya Prabhu, said the transaction would provide myTVS with a platform to accelerate growth in India while exploring opportunities in the MENA region.
The latest funding gives myTVS additional capital and a strategic regional partner as it seeks to combine its automotive aftermarket technology platform with Crescent Enterprises’ UAE and MENA market presence.
