Hilton has signed two hotels under its Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brands, in partnership with Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group.
The cluster development, featuring a combined 600 rooms, further expands Hilton’s presence in its largest market in India by number of hotels and marks a repeat signing with Kalyani Group following the successful opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru in 2024.
Conrad, Hilton details
Conrad Hotels & Resorts currently welcomes guests in Bengaluru and Pune, with Conrad Jaipur also under development, and Conrad Bengaluru Airport will further build its presence.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts has eight Hilton properties in India including in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram, Jaipur and Goa, with another 11 under development across the country.
To be commissioned by 2030
Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport will each feature 300 guest rooms among other amenities. The hotels will form a cluster complex located in KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park.
The hotels are expected to open in 2030 and will be approximately 20 minutes away from Kempegowda International Airport, positioning them to serve demand from both business and leisure travellers.
