Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has launched Mahindra Rivenza, a residential development in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune, with an overall Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,500 crore.
Spread across 13.46 acres, the project will be developed in phases. Phase 1 will introduce 1,236 units across 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences.
Project offers lifestyle-focused amenities

Development focuses on green spaces
Mahindra Rivenza will feature more than 2.65 lakh sq. ft. of amenities, including a clubhouse spanning more than 44,000 sq. ft. The development will also have more than nine acres of landscaped green spaces.
The project is envisaged as a Net Zero Waste development and has received IGBC pre-certification at the Gold level. The sustainability features are aimed at supporting responsible residential development.
Baner Annex gains connectivity
Baner Annex is emerging as a residential micro-market with access to employment hubs such as Hinjawadi and Baner, along with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and established social infrastructure.
