Advent Hotels International Ltd, formerly Shiva Realtors Suburban Pvt Ltd, has approved the acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in BD and P Hotels (India) Pvt Ltd for ₹40 crore.
BD&P Hotels is a 75% subsidiary of Advent Hotels and owns and operates the Hilton Mumbai International Airport hotel in Andheri (East), Mumbai. The acquisition aims to consolidate ownership and strengthen strategic and operational control.
Acquisition targeted by June 2027
The transaction involves acquiring 71 lakh equity shares held by existing shareholders who are not related parties of Advent Hotels. The company said the acquisition does not constitute a related-party transaction.
The acquisition is aligned with Advent Hotels’ hospitality business and is proposed to be completed by June 30, 2027.
Hilton hotel reports ₹102 crore turnover
Incorporated on April 25, 1997, BD&P Hotels operates the 171-key Hilton Mumbai International Airport hotel. The property includes banquet facilities, conference facilities and shops.
The hotel occupies 1.26 acres of land in Andheri (East), Mumbai. BD&P Hotels reported a turnover of ₹102 crore in FY26.
