Its step-down subsidiaries include HMCL Colombia S.A.S., HMCL Niloy Bangladesh Ltd and Hero MotoCorp Do Brasil Ltda. The additional funding is expected to support the company’s international operations and investment requirements.

Overseas subsidiaries report revenue

HMCL Netherlands B.V. reported nil income in FY26. Its subsidiaries, HMCL Colombia S.A.S. and HMCL Niloy Bangladesh Ltd, recorded turnovers of ₹1,656 crore and ₹826 crore, respectively, during the year.

The proposed investment will strengthen the financial support available to the group’s overseas businesses as they pursue their operations in international markets.

Ownership structure remains unchanged

Hero MotoCorp’s shareholding in HMCL Netherlands B.V. will remain unchanged following the investment. The Netherlands-based entity will continue to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Indian two-wheeler manufacturer.
