Escorts Kubota To Increase Tractor Prices From November 2026

CW Bureau ·

Escorts Kubota Ltd (EKL), an Indian manufacturer of agricultural machinery and construction equipment, will increase prices across its Kubota, Farmtrac and Powertrac tractor ranges from November 2026, following the festive season.

The price revision will vary across models, variants and geographies. Revised prices will be available through the company’s authorised dealerships.

Rising input costs prompt revision

The increase is driven by higher input costs, including raw materials, energy, logistics and manufacturing expenses. The company attributed the pressure to inflationary trends and continuing geopolitical uncertainties.

Escorts Kubota said it had undertaken cost optimisation and operational efficiency measures over the past several months to limit the impact of rising expenses. It has also absorbed a substantial portion of the cost increases.

However, with input costs remaining elevated, the company said a price revision had become necessary to partially offset higher manufacturing and operating expenses.

Company focuses on customer value

“We have made every effort to minimise the impact of rising input costs on our customers. This measured revision enables us to sustain our commitment to quality, innovation and customer value,” Escorts Kubota, President – Agri Business, Manish Sharma, said.

We remain focused on delivering reliable, technology-led solutions through our Farmtrac, Powertrac and Kubota brands to support the productivity and profitability of Indian farmers,” he said.

New launches expand tractor portfolio

The company has continued to expand its tractor portfolio through the launch of the Farmtrac PROMAXX series, Powertrac Shaurya series and an expanded Digitrac range.

Its Kubota portfolio includes the NeoStar and MU series. These additions, along with the expansion of its dealer network, are aimed at providing farmers with a wider choice of tractors suited to different agricultural applications.
