Supreme Infra Completes One-Time Settlement In 24 Hours Of NCLT Order

CW Bureau ·

Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd, an infrastructure development and construction company, has implemented its court-sanctioned Scheme of Compromise and completed a one-time settlement with its remaining financial creditors within 24 hours of the October 28, 2026 order of the NCLT Mumbai Bench.

The settlement was completed ahead of the October 31 deadline and addresses the company’s entire legacy debt, marking a significant step in its financial restructuring.

Settlement covers three banks

Originally sanctioned on March 28, 2025, the Scheme provided a structured framework for resolving the company’s legacy financial obligations.

The latest phase covered the remaining financial creditors — State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank and Union Bank of India.

Following implementation, the company received full and final No Dues Certificates from the three lenders, confirming the closure of their settled claims under the Scheme.

Financial creditor exit process completed

With the settlement, Supreme Infrastructure has concluded the exit process for all its financial creditors.

The company said the resolution would provide a stronger foundation for its revival and improve its ability to pursue new business opportunities.

Focus shifts to operational revival

“Implementing the Scheme within 24 hours of the Tribunal’s order and ahead of the final deadline marks a defining milestone for Supreme Infrastructure,” Supreme Infrastructure India, Chief Financial Officer, Siddharth Jain said.

“This settlement reflects our commitment to supporting lender recovery and creating a stronger foundation for the Company’s revival. Our focus now is on operational efficiency, disciplined project execution and sustainable growth,” he said.

Accounting adjustments to follow

The financial impact of the resolution and applicable accounting adjustments will be reflected in the company’s disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The accounting for implementation of the Scheme will include reversal of interest, in line with applicable accounting standards.

Operational revamp

The company expects the resolution to further enhance its pre-qualification capacity to bid for new infrastructure projects.

The company will focus on operational revamping, project selection, cost controls and working-capital management following the settlement.
