Ramky Infra Q2 PAT Rises 36% To ₹103 Cr; Revenue Hits 20-Quarter High

CW Bureau ·

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd (RIL), an investor-operator company focused on industrial infrastructure, water and wastewater management and urban infrastructure, reported a 35.9% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹102.81 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹75.63 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Consolidated revenue from operations rose 28.2% to ₹604.54 crore from ₹471.64 crore in Q2 FY26. The company said this was its highest quarterly revenue in the last 20 quarters, reflecting improved execution across its business operations.

Investor-operator model drives growth focus
Ramky Infrastructure Ltd Chief Executive Officer Sunil S Nair said the company continued to strengthen its position in the investor-operator model across industrial parks, water and wastewater, and urban infrastructure.

He said the quarterly performance reflected execution discipline, with margins remaining in line with the company’s growth plans. The infrastructure sector’s growth prospects, supported by government spending and increasing private sector participation, are expected to create opportunities in industrial parks and water and wastewater projects.

Nair said the company would maintain a selective approach to bidding, prioritising investor-operator projects offering sustainable cash flows and niche assignments aligned with its areas of expertise.

With an order book of more than ₹12,000 crore, the company remains confident of achieving its medium- and long-term growth and profitability objectives, he added.

Financial discipline remains a priority
Ramky Infrastructure Ltd Chief Financial Officer Rayapudi Sravanth said the company recorded healthy year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue and PAT during the quarter.

He noted that revenue growth across standalone and consolidated operations during the first half of FY27 demonstrated the scale of execution. However, the movement in consolidated half-year profitability highlighted the importance of maintaining close control over project economics, costs and working capital.

The company will continue to focus on financial discipline, prudent capital allocation and sustainable project execution, Sravanth said.

Focus on core infrastructure segments
Ramky Infrastructure said it would prioritise execution under its investor-operator business model, alongside operational efficiency and disciplined financial management.

The company will evaluate opportunities in its established areas of expertise, particularly industrial infrastructure and water and wastewater management. It will also explore overseas business opportunities in line with its execution capabilities and strategic priorities.
