IndusInd Bank has integrated with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, enabling businesses to make Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) contributions seamlessly through the bank’s digital banking platforms.
With the integration, organisations can now select IndusInd Bank directly on the EPFO portal to complete their statutory PF payments using the bank’s Corporate Internet Banking platform, Indus Direct, or its mobile banking application for businesses, INDIE for Business (MSME).
Simplifying statutory payments
The integration brings one of India’s most widely used statutory payment systems onto IndusInd Bank’s digital banking infrastructure, offering organisations a secure and convenient way to fulfil their provident fund obligations.
Customers of the bank can now remit EPFO contributions directly through the EPFO portal without the need for additional payment processes, helping improve efficiency and ease of compliance.
The bank said the solution has been designed to provide a seamless payment experience while ensuring secure and reliable processing of statutory payments.
Strengthening digital banking services
The EPFO integration marks another milestone in IndusInd Bank’s digital banking journey as it continues to expand its suite of payment and transaction services for businesses and institutions.
The move is expected to enhance convenience for corporate customers, particularly enterprises and MSMEs that regularly make provident fund contributions for their employees.
By enabling direct EPFO payments through its digital channels, the bank aims to simplify compliance processes while strengthening its position as a trusted banking partner for businesses across the country.
