The world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters has partnered with Quilmotors as its exclusive distributor in the country. The partnership will see Quilmotors spearheading assembly operations, network development, sales, after-sales service, and spare parts distribution.
The move underlines Hero MotoCorp’s intent to build a strong, localised ecosystem in Ecuador, leveraging its global scale alongside partner-driven market expertise.
Flagship presence in Guayaquil
As part of its market entry strategy, Hero MotoCorp will inaugurate its first exclusive flagship outlet in Guayaquil, strategically located on Avenida de las Américas, one of the city’s prominent automotive hubs. The state-of-the-art facility will showcase the brand’s refreshed portfolio, including its 2027 product line-up.
Designed to deliver a premium customer experience, the outlet will house a comprehensive inventory of genuine parts along with fully equipped in-house service workshops, ensuring seamless ownership support from day one.

Hero MotoCorp and Quilmotors have curated a versatile portfolio tailored to Ecuador’s diverse terrain and evolving consumer preferences. The initial line-up will feature eight models spanning multiple segments.
The range includes workhorse motorcycles such as Eco Deluxe and Eco 150, naked sports models like Hunk 125R and Hunk 160R 4V, dual-purpose motorcycles including Xpulse 200 4V and Xpulse 200 4V Pro, and urban mobility scooters such as Xoom 110 and Xoom 125R.
This multi-segment approach is aimed at addressing both utilitarian and aspirational mobility needs across urban and semi-urban markets.
