Acquisition to expand healthcare operations

The acquisition is subject to certain statutory and customary approvals, primarily relating to the change in ownership of Kinder Hospital.
To be completed in 90 days
The transaction is expected to be completed within 90 days of execution of the agreement, subject to fulfilment of the applicable conditions and approvals.
