TVS Capital-backed Saarathi Finance, an MSME-focused NBFC, has opened its 100th branch in Jagtial, Telangana. The new branch will strengthen its presence across northern Telangana.
The branch will provide customer-focused financial solutions to MSMEs, entrepreneurs and small business owners in the region. Saarathi Finance commenced operations in April 2025.
Focus on MSME lending
The NBFC offers Loan Against Property (LAP) solutions with ticket sizes ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹35 lakh. The loans help small businesses unlock the value of their assets for working capital and expansion.
Jagtial, located about 190 km north of Hyderabad, is an agricultural and commercial centre with a growing MSME base. The company has opened 20 branches across Telangana in the past year.
AUM crosses ₹650 crore
Saarathi Finance has crossed ₹650 crore in Assets Under Management (AUM). It is expanding across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
“As we continue to expand, our focus will remain on sustainable growth, prudent risk management, and building a technology-driven lending franchise that creates long-term value for all our stakeholders,” said Saarathi Finance, Founder and CEO Vivek Bansal.
Expansion gathers pace
The company plans to further strengthen its presence in high-potential MSME markets across India.
“A hundred branches in just over a year — this is a testament to Saarathi’s leadership and team. Pace and discipline at this scale rarely go together, Saarathi has managed both,” said TVS Capital, Chairman & Managing Director Gopal Srinivasan.
“At TVS Capital, we back founders who build with ambition and rigour –and Saarathi has shown exactly that combination from the very start,” he said.
