Hospitality group Radha Hotels has appointed S Sriram as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), elevating a long-serving executive who has played a key role in the group’s operational and business growth.
Sriram has been an integral part of the Radha Group and has held several leadership positions within the organisation. Before being elevated as COO, he served as General Manager of Radha Regent, Bengaluru, and later as General Manager of Feathers Hotel, Chennai.
During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving operational excellence, strengthening the market positioning of the properties and enhancing guest satisfaction, the company said.
To lead operations and strategic initiatives
In his new role, Sriram will oversee the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Radha Group of Hotels. His responsibilities will include driving innovation, improving guest experiences, nurturing talent and further enhancing service standards across the group’s portfolio of hotels.
Sriram said he was honoured by the confidence reposed in him by the management.
“I am deeply honoured and grateful for the trust and confidence placed in me. My journey with the Radha Group of Hotels has been incredibly fulfilling, and I have had the privilege of working alongside exceptional teams who share a passion for hospitality and service excellence,” he said.

Sriram added that he aims to build on the group’s existing strengths while pursuing new opportunities for growth.
“As I step into this new role, I look forward to building on our strong foundation, embracing new opportunities, and continuing to create memorable experiences for our guests while driving sustainable growth across the organisation,” he said.

According to the company, Sriram’s contributions have been pivotal to the growth and success of the Radha Group of Hotels.
The group noted that his leadership at Radha Regent, Bengaluru, and Feathers Hotel, Chennai, demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams, deliver superior guest experiences and drive business growth.
