Global technology solutions company Unisys has been ranked 176th among 500 organisations in TIME’s 2026 list of India’s Best Employers, moving up more than 60 places from its 241st position in 2025.
The company has been recognised on the list for the second consecutive year. The annual ranking identifies organisations that receive strong recommendations from employees across India.
Recognition reflects employee feedback
The recognition is based on employee feedback and highlights Unisys’s focus on professional development, career growth and the overall associate experience.
“Advancing more than 60 positions in this year’s rankings and earning recognition for a second consecutive year reflects the feedback of our associates and the culture they shape every day,” Unisys, Chief Executive Officer and President, Mike Thomson, said.

TIME’s India’s Best Employers list is presented by TIME and Statista Inc, a statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
Ranking based on employee surveys
For the 2026 list, organisations were selected based on survey data collected during 2025 and 2026 from approximately 760,000 employees working at companies with at least 500 employees in India.
The top 500 employers were selected based on their performance across the evaluation criteria used for the ranking.
