Ramco Systems Partners With Baker Tilly To Expand UAE Payroll Software

CW Bureau ·

Ramco Systems Ltd, an India-based global enterprise software provider, has partnered with Baker Tilly SM Envoy Consultancy LLC, a UAE-based audit and advisory firm, to expand access to payroll technology for businesses in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Under the partnership, Baker Tilly will offer Ramco Payce, Ramco Systems’ payroll software solution, to its clients alongside its existing accounting, tax and advisory services. Ramco Systems FZ-LLC, the wholly owned subsidiary of Ramco Systems, will provide implementation, hosting and product support.

The arrangement is aimed at simplifying payroll software procurement by enabling businesses to access payroll technology through an existing financial and compliance adviser.

Payroll technology integrated with advisory services
The partnership will allow Baker Tilly’s clients to source payroll software through the firm they already engage for accounting, taxation and regulatory compliance services.

Ramco Payce offers automation and self-service reporting capabilities designed to reduce manual processing and improve payroll accuracy. The integration of payroll technology with existing finance operations is expected to help businesses streamline payroll administration and reduce operational effort.

Baker Tilly SM Envoy Consultancy LLC, COO and Partner – Internal Audit, Reefat Maniar, said, “Our partnership with Ramco Systems allows us to offer our clients access to a proven payroll technology solution alongside our accounting, tax and advisory expertise, helping them simplify their payroll processes while strengthening operational efficiency and accuracy.”

Ramco targets UAE payroll market
The partnership expands Ramco Systems’ route to market in the UAE by combining its payroll technology with Baker Tilly’s existing client relationships and advisory services.

Ramco Systems, Chief Executive Officer, Sandesh Bilagi, said, “Businesses in the UAE need payroll that is accurate, compliant and straightforward to run. By partnering with Baker Tilly, we are bringing Ramco Payce closer to organisations through an advisor that understands their finance and regulatory needs, reflecting our commitment to serving customers in the ways that work best for them.”

For businesses operating in the UAE, payroll administration involves recurring processing requirements and the need to maintain accuracy across employee payments and reporting. Automated payroll platforms can help reduce repetitive tasks and enable payroll teams to focus on exceptions, compliance requirements and workforce-related decisions.

Automation aims to improve payroll efficiency
Ramco Systems said the partnership would help organisations move towards more automated payroll processes, reducing the manual effort involved in each pay cycle.

Ramco Systems, Executive Vice-President and SBU Head – Global Payroll & HR, Rohit Mathur, said, “For payroll teams, the real measure of any solution is how much easier it makes each pay cycle. By reducing manual processing, Ramco Payce frees teams to focus on the judgements that only people can make, turning payroll from a back-office task into a source of insight for leadership.”

He added that Ramco Systems and Baker Tilly would work together to help UAE businesses make this transition.

The partnership reflects a distribution model in which technology providers collaborate with professional services firms to bring software closer to businesses through established advisory relationships.

For Ramco Systems, the arrangement offers an additional channel to reach organisations seeking payroll automation, while Baker Tilly can extend its service offering beyond traditional accounting, tax and advisory engagements
