JK Tyre & Industries has launched four new off-the-road (OTR) tyre solutions at BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA 2026, strengthening its premium portfolio for construction, material handling and mining applications.
The new products were unveiled at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida and have been developed for demanding operating conditions, with a focus on durability, load-carrying capability, traction and operational efficiency.
Four new application-specific tyres
The new range comprises the 12.5/80-18 MPT 45 16PR TL for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers (SLCM) and Backhoe Loaders; the 16/70-20 MPT117 14PR TL for SLCM and Telehandler applications; the 18-19.5 MPT117 18PR TL for SLCM applications; and the 12.00R20 JDO XD OTR 22PR 156/153F TT for Mining Tippers.
JK Tyre said the products have been developed as application-engineered solutions for the evolving requirements of India’s construction, infrastructure and mining sectors.

MPT 45 targets mixed-terrain applications
The MPT 45 pattern has been developed for SLCMs and Backhoe Loaders operating across mixed terrain.
Its robust tread design is aimed at providing traction and stability while supporting even wear and extended service life.
MPT117 focuses on versatility
The MPT117 pattern has been designed for construction and material-handling applications, including SLCMs and Telehandlers.
JK Tyre said its tread geometry is designed to provide grip, durability and manoeuvrability in challenging operating environments. The 18-19.5 MPT117 variant has been specifically introduced for SLCM applications.
JDO XD built for mining tippers
The JDO XD has been developed specifically for Mining Tipper applications, where high loads and harsh operating conditions place greater demands on tyres.
Its heavy-duty construction and reinforced casing are designed to improve resistance to cuts, chips and abrasions, helping mining fleets maintain productivity in demanding conditions.
Focus on lower operating costs
JK Tyre said the new products have been developed with Indian operating conditions in mind and are designed to help customers improve machine performance and operational efficiency.
The focus on high load-carrying capability, durability and extended service life is also aimed at helping fleet operators reduce total operating costs across construction, infrastructure and mining applications.
The company is expanding its OTR business across construction, mining and specialised industrial segments, with the latest launches supporting its move towards higher-value and performance-intensive applications while strengthening connectivity with OEMs.
