Bajaj Auto Expands Chetak Network To 103 Touchpoints In Kerala

CW Bureau ·

Two- and three-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj Auto Ltd has expanded Chetak’s retail and service network in Kerala to 103 touchpoints, strengthening the electric scooter’s availability across the State as its customer base crosses 50,000 owners.

The network has grown from just two outlets when Chetak entered Kerala and now comprises 18 Chetak Experience Centres and 85 Bajaj Auto touchpoints, covering key markets across the State.

Chetak strengthens Kerala presence

The expanded network will provide customers with easier access to Chetak sales, test rides and service support across Kerala. The company expects the wider presence to accelerate the electric scooter’s growth from its current base of more than 50,000 owners.

The network now extends from Kochi to Wayanad and Thiruvananthapuram to Palakkad, bringing Chetak closer to customers across different parts of the State and strengthening its overall ownership ecosystem.

Network expansion supports growth

“Chetak has grown significantly in Kerala, from an initial presence of two outlets to a network of over 103 outlets,” said Bajaj Auto President, Urbanite Business Eric Vas.

“Our expanded presence across the state, through both Chetak Experience Centres and Bajaj Auto dealerships, brings Chetak closer to customers and makes the overall ownership experience more convenient. We will continue to strengthen our network and make Chetak accessible to customers across Kerala,” he said.

As part of the festive season, customers can avail themselves of a discount of ₹1,999 on Chetak, valid until stocks last.
