Resort adds 19 cottages, suites and villas

The property features 19 cottages, suites and villas designed to offer an intimate retreat in the Jawai landscape. Its location also supports travel circuits connecting Mount Abu, Udaipur, Jawai and Jodhpur.

“For Sterling, this is exactly the kind of destination that strengthens the portfolio in more than one way. It deepens our presence in Rajasthan, adds further weight to our national wilderness offering and creates a natural link in a Mount Abu–Udaipur–Jawai–Jodhpur journey,” Sterling Holiday Resorts Managing Director and CEO, Vikram Lalvani, said.

“Our growth is increasingly about building more around why people travel — creating richer reasons to stay, explore and discover more of India,” he said.

Focus on destination-led hospitality

BMMR Hospitality LLP owner Manish Gurani said the resort was designed to preserve a sense of space and discovery while providing travellers with the comfort to stay longer and explore the region.

He said Sterling was the right partner for the property.

The opening reflects Sterling’s broader strategy of building its portfolio around travel motivations, including wildlife, nature, spirituality, culture, wellness and discovery.

The company aims to develop hospitality destinations that encourage wider regional exploration rather than focusing solely on individual hotel locations.
