Lemon Tree Hotels Expands In Nepal With Third Property In Biratnagar

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has expanded its international footprint with the opening of its third hotel in Nepal; an 80-key Lemon Tree Premier in Biratnagar.

Located in Biratnagar, the capital of Koshi Province and a key industrial and commercial hub, the hotel is positioned to cater to rising business and tourism demand in eastern Nepal.

Strategic location and connectivity

Often regarded as the gateway to Eastern Nepal, Biratnagar provides access to destinations such as Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve and Baraha Kshetra, strengthening its appeal for both business and leisure travellers.

The hotel is located about 3.5 km from Biratnagar Airport, offering connectivity for domestic and international travellers.

Upscale offering and growth intent

The property features 80 rooms and suites designed for business travellers, marking the introduction of the Lemon Tree Premier brand in the region.
