Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL) has launched Club Mahindra Nadiya Parao Resort, its second property in Jim Corbett, strengthening its presence in Uttarakhand as part of an accelerated expansion strategy.
The company said the launch aligns with its ambition to become India’s leading leisure hospitality player, driven by steady resort additions, portfolio premiumisation and disciplined capital allocation.
The new addition supports MHRIL’s near-term target of adding 1,000 rooms by FY26 and its longer-term goal of scaling up to 10,000 keys under the Club Mahindra brand and 12,000 keys overall by FY30.
Managing Director & CEO Manoj Bhat said the company’s expansion strategy goes beyond increasing inventory. “As we expand, we’re not just adding resorts; we’re delivering superior experience, sharpening execution and building for the future,” he said.
Spread across around 10 acres, the 57-room resort combines premium leisure accommodation with event infrastructure, including landscaped lawns, a banquet hall and riverfront access. The property is designed to cater to multiple demand segments such as family holidays, destination weddings and corporate offsites.
MHRIL aims to build the country’s largest leisure hospitality platform through a premium, multi-format portfolio that includes its flagship Club Mahindra brand and the upcoming Mahindra Signature Resorts.
With over 100 premium resorts in India and overseas, Club Mahindra serves a member base of more than 3 lakh customers, catering to evolving travel preferences across segments and demographics
