Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd has signed a hotel management and licensing agreement with Luxmi Tea Co. Pvt Ltd for the operation of a proposed 100-room hotel under its flagship The Park brand in Siliguri, West Bengal.
According to a regulatory filing, the hotel will be developed on approximately 3.25 acres within the Chandmani Tea Estate in Siliguri. The upcoming property is positioned as a premium hospitality offering and will feature a range of facilities including multiple food and beverage outlets, a banquet hall, bar and wellness amenities.
The construction of the project is targeted for completion by March 2031. The agreement between the two companies will run for a period of 20 years from the date the hotel commences operations.
The development marks The Park brand’s continued focus on expanding into high-potential leisure and business destinations, with Siliguri serving as a key gateway to North Bengal and the Northeast. By partnering with a local estate owner, the company aims to blend its contemporary hospitality experience with the unique setting of a tea estate destination.
