Chennai-based electric motorcycle startup Raptee.HV has commenced large-scale customer deliveries of its flagship motorcycle, the T30, marking a significant transition from years of product engineering and validation to full-scale market deployment.
Priced at ₹2.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the T30 comes with an industry-first 8-year battery warranty and 3-year vehicle warranty, supported by a dedicated service SPOC and Roadside Assistance for a seamless ownership experience.
The milestone represents the culmination of over seven years of research and development focused on integrating electric car-grade high-voltage technology (HV-Tec) into the two-wheeler segment, a first-of-its-kind approach in India’s performance electric motorcycle space.
Announcing the development, CEO and co-founder Dinesh Arjun described the start of large-scale deliveries as a defining moment for the company. He said the launch reflects the trust placed by early customers who backed the brand’s vision and technology during its formative years. Emphasising customer experience as a core pillar, Arjun noted that the company is “not only delivery-ready but service-ready,” with a structured service ecosystem, a trusted roadside assistance partner and a dedicated single point of contact to ensure a seamless ownership journey from day one.
Chennai has become Raptee.HV’s first operational market, with deliveries and customer support infrastructure now fully active in the city. As part of its phased expansion strategy, the company will enter Bengaluru in April 2026 with a dedicated showroom and authorised service centre. By the end of the year, Raptee.HV plans to expand across major South Indian state capitals and begin its foray into Western India.
The T30 underlines the company’s engineering-led differentiation in the electric mobility segment. Designed for consistent top performance and instant torque delivery, the motorcycle supports one of the fastest home-charging solutions in its category. It is also compatible with India’s widely available public charging network, offering riders car-grade charging convenience, a key advantage enabled by its high-voltage architecture.
In a notable industry-first positioning, the T30 is priced at parity with comparable internal combustion engine (ICE) motorcycles. The offering is backed by an eight-year standard battery warranty and an all-inclusive ex-showroom pricing structure, aimed at enhancing long-term ownership confidence.
Reflecting its performance credentials, Raptee.HV has been recognised by the Asia Book of Records for achieving the highest average distance covered by a production electric motorcycle and the longest distance covered by a production electric motorcycle in India. The recognition reinforces the real-world endurance and capability of the T30 platform as the company scales up its market presence.
