Bajaj Auto Ltd, the leading two-and-three-wheeler manufacturer, has unveiled a comprehensive range of electric three-wheelers under the new ‘Bajaj WEGO’ brand, targeting both passenger and cargo mobility segments.
Comprehensive EV portfolio
The WEGO platform features multiple variants tailored for diverse use cases, powered by an efficient electric drivetrain with a two-speed automatic transmission, advanced battery management system and regenerative braking.
The vehicles are equipped with features such as Bluetooth connectivity, digital LCD display, hill hold, climb mode and improved ergonomics, along with enhanced passenger space and driver comfort.
Passenger variants across segments
In the passenger segment, the 50 Series (P5009, P5012) is designed for intra-city and contract carriage operations, offering an ARAI-certified range of up to 272 km.
The 70 Series (P7009, P7012) caters to shared mobility needs in urban and semi-urban markets, while the top-end 90 Series (P9018) is positioned as a higher-capacity people carrier with a range of up to 296 km, suitable for longer-distance and rural applications.
Cargo solutions for last-mile delivery
The cargo segment includes C9009 and C9012 variants, designed for efficient last-mile logistics, with a focus on payload capacity and operational efficiency.
Focus on reliability and network
The WEGO range is backed by a five-year warranty, roadside assistance and access to Bajaj Auto’s network of over 1,500 sales and service touchpoints, aimed at ensuring reliability and ease of ownership.
