MoxiWorks, an AI-powered real estate marketing platform, has opened its Pune office as part of its expansion in India and appointed Jyotsna Kher as Managing Director and Vice President of India Operations.
Kher will lead the company’s next phase of growth in India. She brings experience in building and scaling technical organisations and earlier served as Vice President of Human Resources at Onit India.
Pune office to expand technical capacity
The strategic investment in India is aimed at strengthening MoxiWorks’ ability to develop AI-powered software and deliver customer experiences for real estate professionals.
The Pune office will provide access to technical talent and infrastructure as the real estate technology market evolves.

Kher to lead India operations
Kher said the company’s investment in India was a key factor in her decision to join MoxiWorks.
“I’ve chosen to join MoxiWorks because of their forward-thinking investment in a Global Capability Center in India,” Kher said.
The Pune office is fully owned and operated by MoxiWorks. It will have its own leadership team.
Focus on AI platform development
MoxiWorks remains headquartered in North America. Its Pune operations will expand the company’s existing technical capacity.
The India team will add talent and expertise to support continued innovation across MoxiWorks’ AI platform, including its flagship product, RISE.
The company said the Pune office will play a role in strengthening its ability to develop and scale technology for the global real estate market.
