Godrej Properties Wins Bid For 23.2-Acre Land Parcel In Greater Noida

Godrej Properties Ltd, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has secured a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in the DMIC Integrated Township, Greater Noida, through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd.

The company plans to develop a premium group housing project on the site, comprising residential apartments across multiple configurations. The project is estimated to have a revenue potential of more than ₹7,000 crore.

Strengthens NCR presence

The land parcel measures about 93,905 sq. metres and is located within the DMIC Integrated Township, a 750-acre development offering smart plug-and-play infrastructure.

The project is situated in the Greater Noida market, a key growth corridor with connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.

Demand remains strong

Godrej Properties said it had witnessed strong demand in the Greater Noida market, with two of its projects launches in FY26 recording sales of around ₹1,500 crore each.
