Eicher Motors Q4 Profit Rises 12% To ₹1,520 Cr, Revenue Up At ₹6,080 Cr

Eicher Motors Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,520 crore in the March quarter of FY26, registering a 12% growth over the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The company posted revenue from operations of ₹6,080 crore for Q4 FY26, reflecting a 16% year-on-year increase.

Its iconic motorcycle brand Royal Enfield recorded its highest-ever fourth-quarter sales at 313,811 units, up 12% from the same period last year. At the same time, VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) sold 33,976 vehicles during the quarter, compared to 28,675 units in Q4 FY25.

FY26 revenue climbs 24%; PAT crosses ₹5,500 crore
For the full financial year FY26, Eicher Motors reported revenue from operations of ₹23,408 crore, marking a 24% increase year-on-year. EBITDA stood at ₹5,785 crore, up 23%, while profit after tax rose 17% to ₹5,515 crore.

The company’s strong annual performance was led by sustained growth in both domestic and export markets for Royal Enfield, alongside record sales by VECV.

Royal Enfield surpasses 1.2 million annual sales
Royal Enfield crossed the 1.2 million annual sales milestone for the first time in FY26, recording total volumes of 1,227,977 motorcycles, a growth of 22% over the previous fiscal.

Domestic sales rose 23% to 1,107,343 units, while exports increased 20% to 120,634 motorcycles.

Eicher Motors Ltd MD and Royal Enfield CEO B Govindarajan said the company witnessed an exceptional year marked by strong growth and continued global expansion during Royal Enfield’s 125th anniversary year.

“FY’26 has been an exceptional year for Eicher Motors and Royal Enfield, marked by strong growth, record volumes, and a continued focus on our global ambitions during our 125th anniversary,” said Govindarajan.

Electric mobility push gains pace
Govindarajan said the company achieved over one million motorcycle sales for the second consecutive year while also recording its strongest festive season performance in domestic and overseas markets.

He added that Royal Enfield entered the electric mobility space in April 2026 with the launch of the Flying Flea C6, while continuing to deepen its international presence in markets such as Brazil.

VECV crosses 1 lakh vehicle sales milestone
VECV delivered its best-ever annual performance in FY26, with revenue from operations rising 15% year-on-year to ₹27,076.6 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹2,562.6 crore, while profit after tax increased to ₹1,471 crore.

The company sold 103,404 vehicles during FY26, growing 14.7% over the previous year and crossing the 100,000-unit annual sales milestone for the first time.

VECV Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer B. Srinivas said the milestone reflected customer confidence and validated the long-term vision of the Volvo-Eicher partnership.

During the year, VECV launched several new offerings including the Eicher Pro X for city distribution, a 12-metre electric intercity coach, electric tarmac buses, and the Volvo FM LNG Road Train designed for long-haul logistics.

Board recommends ₹82 final dividend
The board of directors of Eicher Motors recommended a final dividend of ₹82 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
