Electric motorcycle maker Raptee.HV has expanded beyond its home market by opening its first Experience Centre in Bengaluru, marking the next phase of the Chennai-based startup’s retail rollout across India.
The new facility offers customers the complete ownership journey, from product discovery and test rides to vehicle deliveries and after-sales support, and follows the company’s successful commencement of customer deliveries in Chennai earlier this year.
Bengaluru becomes second operational market
With the launch of the Bengaluru Experience Centre, Raptee.HV has made Karnataka’s capital its second operational market.
The company said Bengaluru was a natural choice for expansion owing to its mature electric vehicle ecosystem, expanding public charging infrastructure and strong motorcycling community.
The experience centre has been designed to showcase not only the company’s electric motorcycle but also the high-voltage technology (HV-Tec) that powers it.
CEO highlights Chennai roots
Raptee.HV CEO & Co-Founder Dinesh Arjun said the company’s engineering philosophy and customer-first approach were shaped in Chennai.
“Everything we’ve built, our high-voltage platform, our engineering and our approach to customer experience, carries that Chennai spirit of solving hard problems the right way. We chose Bengaluru as our first expansion market because it’s home to some of India’s most informed EV riders who understand technology and expect performance to match,” he said.
He added that the company is bringing the same engineering standards and customer service ecosystem trusted by riders in Chennai to Bengaluru.
T30 brings car technology to motorcycles
Raptee.HV’s flagship T30 is India’s first production electric motorcycle built on a 240V high-voltage architecture, introducing electric car technology to the two-wheeler segment.
The motorcycle is compatible with the CCS2 charging standard, allowing access to more than 30,000 public charging points across India while also supporting fast home charging.
Priced at ₹2.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the T30 offers a real-world riding range of 150 km and can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in under 3.5 seconds.
The motorcycle is backed by an 8-year/80,000 km battery warranty, a 3-year vehicle warranty, dedicated service support and roadside assistance.
Nationwide expansion planned
Raptee.HV said it will continue expanding its retail and service footprint across key Indian cities under its phased growth strategy, making its high-voltage electric motorcycle platform accessible to a larger community of riders.
The company is positioning its proprietary high-voltage architecture as a key differentiator in India’s fast-growing premium electric motorcycle market.
