As businesses navigate an era shaped by artificial intelligence, geopolitical shifts and rapidly evolving markets, IIMBue 2026, the flagship leadership conclave of the IIM Bangalore Alumni Association (IIMBAA), will bring together some of India’s most influential business and policy leaders to discuss how organisations can redefine growth rather than merely adapt to change.
Scheduled for August 1-2, 2026, at The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru, the two-day conclave will revolve around the theme ‘Changing the Orbit’, focusing on transformational leadership, innovation and sustainable growth.
Over 1,500 delegates expected
Recognised as one of India’s largest alumni-led leadership platforms, IIMBue 2026 is expected to attract more than 1,500 delegates, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, academicians, innovators and alumni from across the globe.
Unlike conventional leadership conferences that focus on managing disruption, this year’s conclave aims to encourage leaders to rethink business models, challenge existing assumptions and pursue entirely new growth trajectories.
High-profile speaker lineup
The event will feature an impressive roster of speakers from business, public policy and entertainment.
Among the keynote speakers are Noel Tata, Chairman, Tata Trusts; Siddharth Sharma, CEO, Tata Trusts; G.V. Prasad, Co-Chairman & Managing Director, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories; Anand Ramamoorthy, Founding Managing Director, Micron India; veteran diplomat Ambassador Deepak Vohra; and acclaimed actors Boman Irani and Bhumi Pednekar.

The conclave will focus on three broad themes that are redefining global business and leadership. Beyond the conference sessions, IIMBue 2026 will host a Venture Showcase, providing startups with opportunities to connect with investors, mentors and strategic partners.
The event will also feature the IIMB Alumni Authors’ Nook, showcasing books authored by alumni and encouraging conversations on leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship.

IIM Bangalore Alumni Association President Harish Mittal said today’s rapidly changing business environment requires leaders who are prepared to challenge conventional thinking.
“The pace of change today demands leaders who are willing to rethink assumptions, challenge established models and create entirely new growth trajectories. IIMBue 2026 is designed to inspire exactly those conversations,” he said.
