Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has opened a 33-room Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels property in Moga, marking the group’s entry into the city and strengthening its presence in Punjab.
With the opening, Lemon Tree Hotels now has four operational hotels in Punjab and nine more properties in the pipeline across the State.
Property operates under franchise model
The Moga property is operated under a franchise agreement, further expanding Lemon Tree Hotels’ pipeline in the region.
Located on GT Road, the hotel provides access to the city’s commercial areas, key transit points and local attractions.
Suitable for midscale hospitality brand
Moga has a strong agro-industrial ecosystem and attracts corporate travellers, regional transit guests and visiting diaspora.
The company sees the city as a suitable market for a structured, midscale hospitality brand.
Focus on Tier-3 markets

“As emerging commercial centres like Moga evolve, we are seeing a clear shift towards trusted, organised hospitality that can serve the needs of local business travel, highway transit and the visiting diaspora,” he said.
Hotel offers access to landmarks
The hotel provides a base to explore Moga’s religious and cultural landmarks such as Geeta Bhawan Temple, the birthplace of Lala Lajpat Rai, Gurudwara Nanaksar Sahib and Gurudwara Takhtupura Sahib.
The property is 3.5 km from Moga Railway Station, 4 km from the Bus Station and Ludhiana Airport is located 75 km from the hotel.
