Jeep India has launched the Jeep Compass 85th Anniversary Edition, a limited-edition SUV marking the brand’s global celebration of 85 years of freedom, capability and authenticity.
Limited to just 85 units across India, the special edition combines anniversary-themed styling, curated accessories and safety technologies with the Compass’ established SUV capabilities.
The Compass has played a central role in Jeep’s India journey, combining off-road capability, distinctive design and everyday practicality. The company said the nameplate has remained a key expression of Jeep’s values in India for nearly a decade.
Exclusive anniversary styling
The Compass 85th Anniversary Edition gets Gloss Black 18-inch alloy wheels, bespoke anniversary-themed detailing and commemorative elements aimed at highlighting its limited-production status.
The cabin features an all-black theme with Mayan Gold accents, contrast detailing and special anniversary touches.
Customers can further personalise the SUV through curated 85th Anniversary AXS Packages. These include features such as ambient lighting, SkyLounge/sunroof illumination and a Digital IRVM with front and rear dashcam, among other anniversary-specific enhancements.
Capability meets technology
Jeep said the special edition is designed to combine its SUV capability with technologies aimed at delivering a safer and more reassuring driving experience across urban roads, highways and weekend journeys.
Stellantis India Business Head & Director, Automotive Brands, Kumar Priyesh, said the Compass has been central to Jeep’s story in India by bringing the brand’s capability, design and authenticity to customers.
“As Jeep celebrates 85 years globally, the Compass 85th Anniversary Edition gives this iconic nameplate a distinctive new expression,” Priyesh said. He added that the edition has been designed for customers seeking a more personal, intelligent and exclusive Compass.
Only 85 units
The Jeep Compass 85th Anniversary Edition will be produced in a strictly limited run of 85 units for the Indian market.
Customers can book the special edition through authorised Jeep dealerships across India and via the Jeep India website.
The launch forms part of Jeep’s global 85-year celebration, with the brand continuing to position its SUVs around its heritage of freedom, adventure, authenticity and passion, while expanding its technology and powertrain portfolio across internal combustion, hybrid and all-electric vehicles.
