BLS International Services Ltd has crossed a major milestone by expanding its operations to more than 100 countries, strengthening its position as one of the world’s leading technology-enabled partners for governments delivering visa, consular and citizen services.

The company, which works with over 46 client governments, provides a range of services including visa processing, passports, consular assistance, biometrics, e-governance and citizen services through its global network of Visa Application Centres (VACs) and offices.

Global expansion gathers pace
BLS International said the expansion marks a significant milestone in its two-decade journey and has been driven by strategic entry into new markets, government partnerships, acquisitions and technology-led innovation.

Today, the company operates a network of more than 50,000 centres worldwide, supported by over 60,000 employees and associates, delivering secure and citizen-centric services across multiple geographies.

The company said its continued focus on digital transformation, operational excellence and robust data protection standards has helped it strengthen relationships with governments across the globe.

Defining milestone
BLS International Joint Managing Director Shikhar Aggarwal said, “Reaching 100 countries is a defining milestone in BLS International’s journey and a reflection of the trust governments and citizens worldwide have placed in us for over two decades.”

He added that the company would continue investing in technology-driven solutions that make government services more accessible, efficient and future-ready while enhancing service quality and customer experience.

Strong financial performance
The milestone comes on the back of a strong financial year for the company. For FY26, BLS International reported revenue of ₹2,998 crore and net profit of ₹724 crore, with both growing by more than one-third over the previous year.

The company also posted a 30.1% increase in EBITDA to ₹819 crore, supported by improved margins under its self-managed operating model.

During the year, BLS International further expanded its global presence through new government mandates and contract renewals, while diversifying its service portfolio.

Focus on secure digital services
Established in 2005, BLS International has built its business around technology-enabled solutions for governments, offering services across visa processing, passports, consular support, attestation, biometrics and e-visas.

The company said it remains committed to enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening data security and improving the applicant experience as governments increasingly adopt digital-first citizen services.

BLS International is also the only listed company in its segment with operations in more than 100 countries.
