NYAI Launches AI Studio For Legal And Compliance AI Workflows

CW Bureau ·

NYAI, a legal and compliance AI company, has launched NYAI AI Studio, an agentic AI infrastructure platform designed for law firms and enterprise legal and compliance functions.

The platform is aimed at moving legal AI beyond individual productivity tasks towards AI agents that can execute workflows end to end, from intake to delivery, using an organisation’s own data, controls and preferred AI models.

AI infrastructure for legal work
NYAI AI Studio brings together data, AI agents, models, tools, workflows, institutional knowledge and governance within a single environment.

NYAI, Co-founder, Advocate Dr. Chinmay S. Bhosale said legal and compliance teams handle sensitive client information, proprietary institutional knowledge and processes requiring traceability.

He said organisations have different playbooks, regulatory requirements and matter-specific needs, making generic AI tools insufficient for many legal and compliance applications.

The Studio is designed to allow organisations to build agents and workflows tailored to their requirements.

Model-agnostic architecture
NYAI said the platform operates as an infrastructure layer beneath AI applications and is designed to be model-agnostic. It integrates with AI models and platforms including Claude, GPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.

Organisations can select different models for different tasks, while their data remains within the NYAI environment and inference runs through their chosen AI ecosystem.

The platform combines ready-to-deploy agents with tools that allow lawyers and compliance professionals to build their own agents, workflows and skills.

A knowledge graph and organisational memory are designed to retain matter-level and institutional context, allowing organisational expertise to accumulate over time.

Multi-agent workflows
The platform supports individual legal tasks such as research, drafting, summarisation, chronology preparation and redlining, as well as multi-agent workflows.

For example, during mergers and acquisitions due diligence, specialised agents can classify documents, extract metadata, analyse risks and consolidate findings into a matter-level report.

The architecture can also support land and title due diligence, statutory compliance, regulatory monitoring and audits.

Five deployment options
NYAI AI Studio provides legal tools, compliance management, custom agents, off-the-shelf solutions and custom AI applications.

Its capabilities include multi-agent orchestration, reusable tools and skills, custom workflows, scheduling, knowledge graphs, organisational memory, API gateway and MCP server.

The platform also includes governance, role-based access controls, single sign-on, audit logs, model evaluation and data privacy and security controls.

With more than 100 integrations, including iManage, SAP, DocuSign, Salesforce, storage platforms, email and WhatsApp, NYAI aims to bring AI workflows into existing legal technology environments.

NYAI, Co-founder, Vikrant Labde said the objective is to provide infrastructure for organisations to build their own AI-native legal and compliance operations rather than replace existing technology with multiple point solutions.

Three deployment models
NYAI AI Studio is available in SaaS, isolated hyperscaler and air-gapped on-premise deployment models.

The platform is available in India with immediate effect. NYAI plans to expand into the Middle East, the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific in the coming quarter.
