HCLTech, a leading global technology company, has been selected by M Group, an essential infrastructure services provider in the UK and Ireland, to modernise and transform its IT operations across more than 200 locations.
AI-led managed services
Under the engagement, HCLTech will provide AI-led managed services covering infrastructure and end-user operations. The technology company will deploy its AI Force service transformation platform to streamline M Group’s IT landscape, strengthen resilience and establish a scalable digital foundation for future growth.
The programme is also expected to support M Group’s wider digital transformation across its water, energy, technology and communications, transport, and defence, industrial and public sector businesses.

M Group Chief Technology Officer Chloe Anfield said technology is critical to enabling employees to deliver essential infrastructure services safely, efficiently and at scale.

The deal also represents a significant deployment of HCLTech’s AI Force platform at scale across a multi-sector services business, supporting M Group’s transition towards more AI-led and resilient IT operations.
