Capacit’e Infraprojects Wins ₹369-Cr Chennai Metro Construction Order

Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) worth ₹368.98 crore, excluding GST, from Chennai Metro Rail Ltd for construction works near Thirumangalam metro station.

The order covers construction of buildings along the metro viaduct on open land parcels near the station. The contract strengthens Capacit’e Infraprojects’ presence in the public sector infrastructure segment and adds to its exposure to Chennai’s expanding urban transport infrastructure.

Project scope
The project involves construction of buildings in open land parcels located along the viaduct. Capacit’e Infraprojects will execute the project across multiple construction and building-services components.

The scope includes civil and architectural works along with plumbing, E&M, VAC and lift installations, covering the associated works required for the development.

The ₹368.98 crore order value is exclusive of GST.
