TVS Motor Company has strengthened its premium motorcycle portfolio in Nepal with the launch of new TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, as the company looks to deepen its presence in the neighbouring market with a race-inspired performance motorcycle equipped with advanced technology and safety features.
The latest Apache RTR 160 4V has been introduced with upgrades aimed at enhancing rider safety, night-time visibility and control, while retaining the performance-oriented character that has made the Apache brand one of TVS Motor’s flagship offerings globally.
The motorcycle was unveiled at an event in Satungal, Kathmandu, attended by media, automobile experts, influencers and enthusiasts. The event also featured exclusive riding sessions and track experiences.
Race-derived engineering
Built on 44 years of TVS Racing heritage, the Apache RTR 160 4V delivers 17.55 PS of power and comes equipped with three riding modes—Sport, Urban and Rain—a segment-first feature designed to adapt performance to varying road conditions.
The motorcycle also features a projector headlamp, upside-down (USD) front suspension and a TFT instrument cluster with connected technology, enhancing both performance and rider convenience.
TVS Motor said the motorcycle combines race-derived engineering with intelligent technology to deliver improved handling, stability and connectivity.
Nepal remains a strategic market

He said the launch of the all-new Apache RTR 160 4V marks another important step in expanding the company’s presence in the premium motorcycle segment.

He said the Apache RTR 160 4V continues to set benchmarks in the 160cc performance motorcycle segment through racing-inspired engineering and advanced technology.
The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V TFT variant will be available across select dealerships in Nepal immediately and across the company’s wider dealer network by July 2026.
